Love – A Punishable Offense

This Sci-fi Allegory consists of a dialogue between the Inter-spherical Family Court Judge and the Defendant whose crime is to be sincere to an habitant of the Planet that lies within the same Galactic Empire.

Case Hearing Date: 99th Nextember, Year 3021

Judgemental: This criminal prosecution started on the request of the Complainant against Defendant. SHUAZM (The Defendant) from The Jupitaar fell from Sky and instantly fell in love with a Planetarian DRABAS (The Complainant) claiming it love-at-semi-first sight, not knowing that to love is a punishable offense here on the Planet as defined in “The Thropospheric Safety Act-2020”. He took Law into his own hands. Thus, the court has summoned the Defendant/Respondent to present his counter-claim/explanation.

Defendant: What!!! Punishable Crime? Love used to be the soul of each Planetarian.

Some 13 decades ago we non-planetarians learned about Bermeuda Triangular Theory of Love presented by a highly respected Planetarian and it revolutionized the whole concept of life for every inhabitant of the Omniverse and you are telling me this is no more in place on the Planet. I was so fascinated by the theory that during my accidental crash visit to the Planet I met a girl and fell in love. During my visit to Planet a century ago, what I can recall from my memory, a part of your Planetary Anthem states that:

There is something that never dies;

Above the Ohzone it Shines like a star;

Below the Ohzone it Blooms like a flower;

In each state it soothes our eyes.

Judgemental: That’s a story long gone; in a century we’ve evolved a lot.

Defendant: What D-volved?

Judgemental: its Eee … E for Umbrella Eee.

Judgemental: The Complainant accuses you of committing multiple offenses all including serious love.

Defendant: I’m confident my Lord! She must be true on all accounts. As far as I know Planetarians never lie.

Judgemental: The Complainant claims you did not let her go to her distant family home.

Defendant: Her absence would have me killed that’s why my Lord.

Judgemental: The Complainant claims you interfered in matters.

Defendant: I accept my Lord. Whenever She feared, I interfered.

Judgemental: The Complainant claims you did not go to work?

Defendant: I structured everything I could to achieve the highest degree of love as explained in the theory. I switched my profession, generated multiple streams of income, took my business operations online, reengineered and automated processes to be with my feared wife helping matters in kitchen and many other matters of life and to travel frequently and to stay at distant family home of her whenever and as long as she ever wanted. That is why my Lord. Besides this I have my clients spread over different Solar Systems and there is no need to travel to them as we today are living in a galactic village thanks to means of communication & teleportation. We are also facing Galactic Pandemic due to which going out was highly prohibited during those times due to lockdown.

Judgemental: The Complainant claims you accepted neither of her suggestions meant for a better life.

Defendant: For all suggestions lied outside of the Triangle, defying all the components of love defined in the theory. Outside of the Triangle there is no love. How can life or Better Life be there where there is no love my Lord?

Judgemental: The Complainant claims you did not show her affection which is her absolute right as defined by the Law.

Defendant: Its my bad my Lord as I did not know that the Thropospheric laws are highly conflicting in nature with respect to Galactic, Universal or even Multi-versal Laws of Love which we non-planetarians are familiar with.

Judgemental: This is the reason here on the Planet we highly discourage inter-planetary marriages, especially with highly uninformed species.

Defendant: My Lord! For your very kind information, above the Ohzone, its very common and most successful piece of practice.

Judgemental: Do you have anything else to say?

Defendant: I’m afraid my Lord I don’t have. When Constitution states that to Love is a Punishable offense, then each act of love is a crime. The more the love the severer the crime, what I have to say about it then? Rather I would predict that ….

Judgemental: Wait a minute! You can predict. Right?

Defendant: I’m afraid Yes, my Lord. We non-planetarians have innate love for the whole Omniverse and when you love something or someone, it reveals its secrets to you, there are no boundaries or dimensions you cannot go into. We can move in any dimension whether it be time or any else without facing any obstacles. Yes, we can look into the future. Trust is the only factor that stopped me from peeping into her reality distant by time.

Even though you have got this highly blessed planet full of resources and anything one can dream of; you badly lack sense of gratitude and most importantly LOVE (which obviously is prohibited by law here). You try to trade love for consumable commodities. I am sorry my Lord, trade is not possible between abstract and physical entities.

Since the Big bang and till the end of times only Barter Trade is possible between abstract entities like love, respect and other pure feelings. You create ease for anyone nature returns it to you, you share love you get the return, you wish them good luck; good luck finds you and you dig a hole for someone, you fell in a hole dug by someone for someone.

Coming towards prediction, I see that no Tropical Storm, Techtronic Shift, Planetesimal crash or any Natural Calamity as stated by planetary media will end this planet because so-called Highly informed & Lawful Inhabitants suffice for the said cause. To this highly blessed planet Social vulnerabilities pose far greater risks as compared to Ecological vulnerabilities.

You value anything scarce, extinct, distant or buried deep whether it be platinum, meteorites, californium or any other substance. You have setup space, ocean or mineral exploration missions to find everything material but its time for you to also setup Love-exploration missions you have buried deep, made scarce and is near to its extinction and I can give you a clue where to find it by quoting Eckhart Tolle “ You are the universe, expressing itself as a human for a little while”.

You have always been in search of the Elixir of Life to become immortal knowing that a Human Being is a Physical feature and has a natural end of life but the legacy you leave behind and impact you create is immortal this thus makes YOU immortal. I have fair examples from your own Planet’s habitant:

Mr. Eve Jobs found his love for Design & Technology – Became Immortal – Lives in our Heart

Mr. L-Gates found his love for Technology & Vaccines – Became Immortal – Lives on the Planet

Judgemental: Wrong! He became immortal because vaccine he was inoculated with did not contain micro-chip. He was tested for COVID vaccine using Advance technology Bulb & Magnet test and was reported negative.

Defendant: You are right my Lord! E for Umbrella.

Mr. E-Loan MAARS found his love for Transportation & Teleportation – Became Immortal – Lives on the MAARS

Mr. Jeffy-B found his love for Selling Everything using every mean of Telecommunication & Transportation – Became Immortal – Lives on the Planet

Mr. Jacky Mama found his love for Embracing Rejections and Spreading Wisdom – Became Immortal – Lives on the Planet-B

Whoever found his real purpose of life, listened to his inner voice, lived his dreams became immortal and this cannot be made possible without inducing love into the whole equation.

Being in very close contact to a Planetarian what I have found is that you value fame more than respect. You are highly judgmental in nature because you programmed your brains to generalize and impute unnecessarily due to which you lack ability to analyze composite indices and thus, I have very little hope of justice being provisioned. That’s all from my side my Lord.

Judgemental: The Defendant fails to convince the court of his innocence. Thus, this Inter-spherical court passes its decree in favor of the complainant and declares the Defendant a criminal. His crime is of lethal nature and makes him punishable by Love which in neither form or quantity is available here on the Planet. The court orders that the Defendant be sent to the MAARS to find the Perfect Love as Chachu E-LOAN MAARS resumes teleporting again to the MAARS. Meanwhile the Defendant be inoculated by COVID-91 vaccine ( L-gaterenica ) be equally treated as a Planetarian without any discrimination. We don’t want those highly sensitive Maartians to get infected by any Loving Germingle Jupitaaarian.

The case is closed.
